Dave Wendland loves salad, so much so that he created a list of the his top salads (in Chicago). We were so impressed with his dedication that we made a site to showcase the list.
We worked with his wife, designer Jillian Lamb, to bring the salad-list to life. And knowing Dave wasn’t the sole salad lover out there we added the ability to recommend new salads that might one day make the top 5.

The list came to life with a spinning-salad loader and a little dancing-veggie header.
The top five are intro’d with animated bars and numbers.
The menu action involved a bright, animated double fold.
